Refund policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Custom center caps may be returned on a case-by-case basis. A restocking fee will apply.

The item I received is damaged!

If the product received is faulty, damaged, or defective, let us know as soon as possible. Be prepared to provide photos of your item(s). We will work with you to make it right. 

To Submit a Return Request

Click the profile icon in the store's navigation or click here to navigate to your account page.

  1. Log in to your account, if you have not already created an account you may do so with the same email that you used when placing your order.
  2. Click the order that you want to return.
  3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store. If you would like a product in exchange you would enter it here.
  5. Click Request Return.

Your return will be submitted for approval. 

Return Shipping

If your return request is approved, then you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. We cannot credit any other form of payment.

Exchanges (if applicable)

To initiate an exchange please follow the return process outlined above. During the return creation process please leave a message in the note field about what product you would like in exchange. 

If we do not receive any exchange information we will assume a refund is desired.

If an additional charge is required due to a price difference in the exchanged product, you will receive an invoice for payment before the exchange product is shipped.

Custom center caps may be exchanged on a case-by-case basis.
